He has worked in IT, OT and Cyber for over 25 years working in a variety of roles and organisations in that time, which provide him with a considered viewpoint to any issues and topics.

Bostjan Kirm is the CEO of HyperBUNKER, focused on helping organisations restart operations after a cyberattack. His work centres on scenarios where attackers compromise identity systems, access controls, and backups, leaving organisations unable to trust or use their own systems.

He works closely with critical infrastructure operators and security leaders to address the gap between cybersecurity and real operational resilience.’

With close to 20 years of experience in Information Security and a broad technical background, I have an extensive experience in Operational, Tactical and Strategic security management. In my roles as CISO and Chief Security Officer I have also designed, implemented, and managed cost-effective and modern security architecture mapped to business objectives. Responsible for cross-border security within critical infrastructure I have gained a considerable experience with IT and OT environments as well as regulatory requirements governing the energy sector.

Torkel Thune is Chief Security Officer (CSO) at OUS and also has the responsibility for technological (IT/OT) emergency planning and IT/OT crisis management. He has over 30 years of management experience within IT, communications, cryptography and security, with experience covering private sector in Norway and abroad, as well as Norwegian public sector. He has led several major cybersecurity operations and handled real incidents nationally and internationally.

ish Sukumaran is Vice President, Information Security at Worley, with over 25 years’ experience across information security, governance, risk, compliance, and large‑scale transformation in complex, global organisations.At Worley, Nish has held senior leadership roles spanning information security, GRC, IT risk and assurance, and enterprise strategy, supporting major programmes and business‑critical initiatives across the globe. His work focuses on aligning security and risk practices with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Stoelinga is a renown expert in the area of quantitative risk analysis and coordinates several large industrial-academic projects on this topic, collaborating with partners such as ASML, Philips, Canon production printing, Dutch Railways, etc She also received a prestigious ERC consolidator grant for the integration of safety and cybersecurity risks.

Cavus is a Cyber Design Authority at Thales with responsibility for some of it’s largest and most high profile programmes. He has 15+ years leading security in defence and CNI with a track‑record of delivering successful OT security programmes.
