In his roles as CISO and CSO he has designed, implemented, and managed cost-effective and modern security architecture, gaining considerable experience with IT/OT environments and regulatory requirements.

Dr Donatas Vitkus is CISO at Ignitis Group, an international energy company operating across Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, he leads the strategic development of cyber resilience for critical energy infrastructure, focusing on OT security, third‑party risk governance, and resilience‑driven security models.

Daniel dos Santos is the Head of Research at Forescout’s Vedere Labs, where he leads a team of researchers that identify new vulnerabilities and monitor active threats against managed and unmanaged devices, including IoT, OT and medical devices. Julian Smith is a Principal Solutions Engineer at Claroty (UK&I), bringing over 25 years of expertise in IT & OT security. Having spent his consulting career diagnosing complex security challenges, he now focuses on helping Claroty’s clients bridge the gap between their strategic intent and practical reality, by delivering operational visibility within their operational environments.

Ric is a Principal Security Researcher at Orange Cyberdefense and an Honorary Researcher at Imperial College London. He holds a PhD in computer science from Lancaster University, funded by Airbus through an EPSRC Industrial CASE studentship, where he focused on adversary-centric quantitative risk assessment. His work takes a pragmatic approach across both offensive and defensive cyber security.

Tom works in Bridewell’s specialist OT cyber security team, addressing design and engineering challenges within industrial automation and control systems. His portfolio spans critical national infrastructure, but he is focussed principally on power and energy. In 2024, Tom was elected to the board of ISA United Kingdom, where he is now serving a third term.
